How do I become a Vacation Rewards Club member?

Welcome to the Vacation Rewards Club! Since you are reading this page, it means you’re a registered Yucatan Holidays Specialist. Feel free to book as often as you wish, since there’s no limit to your earning potential.

What bookings are paid on the Vacations Rewards Club program?

You receive earnings on all bookings for reservations with the first night paid.

If you book three nights, your deposit must equal the total amount of the booking.

If your booking exceeds three nights, a non-refundable deposit for one night is requested.

How do I get paid?

If you booked via our website, the toll free number, or our Live Help system, your Vacation Rewards card will be credited the following Friday, from the date of your booking, with the amount you earned.

If you booked through any other channel, send us an email indicating the booking details. Once the reservation is confirmed and the deposit is received, your Vacation Rewards card will be credited the following Friday with the amount you earned.

Through which channels can I make bookings and still receive payment from the Golden Club?

Bookings can still be made through all channels, such as a tour operator, GDS, Yucatan Holidays website, 800 number, or Live Help system.

Is there any difference between booking through one channel or another?

Your rewards are greater if you book directly through our website or toll-free number.

Book any 3 nights directly through our website, 800 number, or Live Help system, and receive: up to $100 USD£62 GBP per booking at Hacienda Tres Rios Resort, and up to $70 USD£44 GBP per booking at Ocean Spa Hotel or Laguna Suites Golf + Spa hotel.

Book through any other channel and receive: up to $50 USD£31 GBPper booking at Hacienda Tres Rios, and up to $$40 USD£25 GBPper booking at Ocean Spa Hotel or Laguna Suites Golf + Spa hotel.

How do I redeem my bookings?

If booking directly through Yucatan Holidays, the only thing you need to do is provide us with your Vacation Rewards card number.

If you book through any other channel, simply send an email to info@yucatan-holidays.com containing the following information:

• Guest(s) name(s)
• Arrival and departure dates
• Method of reservation (GDS, Web, Direct, Tour Operator Name)
• Your Vacation Rewards card number.
